Throughout my life, I have explored a wide range of techniques to help restore a sense of calm and balance, particularly during moments of feeling overwhelmed. This exploration has been both a personal journey and a learning process, allowing me to test various approaches to see what truly works. These techniques have become the foundation of my daily practice and serve as reliable tools to help me navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and ease.
